Production process: Art Campenter srl purchases its materials from major suppliers carefully selected together with its customers (laser cut and folded sheet metal, commercial pipes, components, etc.), assembles and welds its products (manual + automated) and carries out machining on CNC boring and milling machines. It can also supply sandblasted and painted steelwork. It also offers component assembly (mechanical assembly, hydraulic and pneumatic systems).

Production sites: Work is carried out at the sites of Rocca San Casciano (1000 + 2000 m2 covered area + 4000 m2 yard area) where medium/heavy steelwork is manufactured and machined and the secondary site of Forlì (500 m2) where smaller sized parts are manufactured. The company has an overall workforce of 35.

Equipment: The company owns 4 CNC boring machines with rotary table with 8000 x 2000 x 1200 mm stroke (SORALUCE with rotary table and tandem configuration), 3000 x 2000 x 2000 mm stroke (UNION), 2500 x 1300 x 1300 mm stroke (SCHARMANN), 1000 x 950 x 950 mm stroke (SECMU milling machine), CLOOS robot welding system with two stations up to 8000 mm long, 3 automatic straight line welders with welding lengths of up to 8 m, pulse arc welding machines, rotary positioners, radial drills, parallel lathes, bending machine, painting booth, 5 - 10 t lifting equipment, 10 t yard crane and 3 - 4 - 5 t forklift trucks.

Company quality: The company is ISO 3834-3:2006 certified. Its work is supported by suitable Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR). Its steelwork comes with a design Conformity Certificate if required and Ferriera 3.1 certificates for the parts used are kept on company premises. All manufactured items undergo dimensional checks for compliance with design and tolerance during machining. The company employs Level 2 operators certified in VT, PT and MT non-destructive test methods.
